ABOUT
Nguyen Inc. & Triple5Soul
Nguyen Inc. is an independent brand by Kim Nguyen. I have worked with Kim before and she employed me to help her sew pillow covers for an exhibition by Triple5Soul. Both brands are known for upcycling deadstock fabric and old garments and each pillow was made from materials donated by specific brands including Aimee Leon Dore and Triple5Soul.

I layered materials on a circular base and appliquéd them using a sewing machine. I constructed the top of the pillows with a bottom panel and a middle section with a zippered opening
